Our Mission
Our primary purpose is to lessen the burdens of government and to ameliorate complex challenges facing our society for the benefit of the public and underprivileged individuals, including, without limitation, by addressing homelessness, poverty, inequality and urban blight, promoting opportunity and equity for women, indigenous people and other minorities and/or by promoting economic development (including through lending), affordable housing, education and workforce training, wellness and behavioral health, public infrastructure, climate resilience and/or other social welfare and charitable causes.Our Organization
Building Equity Alliance and Building Anew Community are a powerful 501(c)3 nonprofit collaboration united by a shared mission: to reduce the burdens of government and uplift marginalized individuals with dignity. We work tirelessly to combat poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence by providing safe housing, promoting equity, and investing in vulnerable populations.
With over 60 years of combined experience, Building Equity with dignity Communities brings hands-on expertise in supportive housing and direct client care, ensuring trauma-informed services tailored to local needs. Complementing this, Building Equity Alliance provides crucial real estate and financial acumen, acquiring and managing properties to house our vital programs.
Since 2006, our commitment has been unwavering. From opening homes to those in need to our formal formation in 2016 and the significant growth of clinics and group homes, we are now actively developing 286 permanent supportive housing units for seniors and veterans in Perris, CA, slated for a 2027 delivery.
